Benefits of Turmeric


Turmeric is an effective one, because it does a good work to produce the cardiovascular health benefits. It can be particularly use to women those who are undergoing adverse arterial changes health associate with age. It has powerful capacity of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory. 

Curcumin is the “supernatural” Ingredient:
In turmeric present a compound curcumin, recently found in a scientific research. Turmeric is useful to human body in more way to reduce the effects against the disease development like cancer, diabetes. Turmeric is also present in the list of Top 14 foods to against the effects of cancer development.
Long years ago in India Ayurvedic medicine informed that turmeric gives many health benefits to human body.

Turmeric for Heart Attack
The Heart attack occurs due to the raise of cholesterol level or atherosclerotic plaque buildup. This plaque buildup start blood clot continuously formed, and then single clot breaks off from arterial walls and it travel to heart cause a Heart attack. Turmeric reduces the sticky strength of blood platelets. Turmeric can relax blood vessels and minimize heart damage after suffering from heart attacks, for many of them.

Turmeric Has Great Cardiovascular Benefits
A study of The American journal of cardiology had found that turmeric to extract the 56% of post by pass heart attack risk. While another study published in the journal Nutrition Research reveals that turmeric to improve the vascular postmenopausal women as a moderate aerobic exercise training regimen.

Study details
 The three groups are assign with 32 postmenopausal women for 8 weeks long study
o    A non treatment control
o    Exercise
o    Curcumin
The main subject in Exercise group is undergoing with aerobic exercise training for 3 days per week.
The main subject in Curcumin group is receiving 150mg turmeric extract per day for 8 weeks. During the study period their diet and exercise habit is not change.
In the course of  8 weeks exercise program involving in cycling and walking, they committed 30-60 minutes long session, ranging in intensity from 60% of each and everyone determine maximal heart rate in the starting phase of trail, then the maximal heart rate is 70-75% in latter half.

The results of the study
 After two months the researchers observed the participants, then they noted the endothelial cells which line interior surface of blood vessels shows a more improvements to the both curcumin and exercise group compare to the control.

The researchers finally say to improve the endothelial cell functions by the method of regular ingestion of curcumin and the aerobic exercise training. The dysfunction of endothelial cells is fat deposit in blood vessels, to block the blood circulations.

Uses of Turmeric

Many Medicines are taken from the Turmeric roots. Turmeric is good medicine for heart attack and stroke. It used for arthritis and dyspepsia. It is a good medicine for stomach pain, gall bladder disorder. Few people apply turmeric in wounds and ringworm. It is use as spice in food.
Precaution

Turmeric is not making any side effects.  But is has properties of blood thinning, so please consult to your doctor before taking turmeric for heart those who are taking medicine for blood thinning. Turmeric added spice in food is the safest method. Turmeric consumption is excess then it cause ulcer or diarrhea.
